For 1969, this show was damn wrll animated! The textures and shadows are flawless. This show needs to be released on Blu-ray immediatly!

I hate to admit this, but I saw that actual mummy episode on the Cartoon Network(not like there’s anything on the other networks worth watching). That guy the mummy had in his grasp was not innocent. He got what he deserved.

@jeanpiaget007 Ahh, but if you ever SAW the cartoon, “The Curse of Anubis”, you’d know that the “innocent” guy was actually a murdering madman who brought the mummy to life with his meddling and conniving. He got what was coming to him. I know, I know, too much information…what can i say? It was my favorite show and this was my favorite episode.

when I was a kid, the intro kind of creeped me out as did scooby doo’s. I was scared easily, that’s just me. But now I realize what a great cartoon Johnny Quest was. Great characters and storylines that didn’t insult your intelligence. i miss shows like this.

If I remeber it right the “innocent” guy was the villain who raised the mummy in the first place and had ordered it to kill our heroes but he lost the item that he was using to control it so it turned on him
